Job Role: Apprentice Trainee

Location: A-154D, Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Near Sector-62 Metro Station, Gate No. 2)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in mobile manufacturing and assembly processes.

Operate production machinery under supervision.

Maintain quality standards and follow safety protocols.

Participate in training programs and support daily production operations.

Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI (All Trades)

Skills:

Basic understanding of assembly and production processes.

Physical fitness for handling production tasks.

Ability to follow instructions and work in shifts.

Teamwork and attention to detail.

Salary:

Basic Salary: ₹10,000 per month

DBT: ₹1,500

Attendance Award: ₹750 per month

Overtime: ₹95 per hour (3.5 hours/day)

Quarterly Award: ₹2,000

Annual Award: ₹5,000

Free one-time meal

Promotion to Lava role after 1 year

Other Details:

Age Limit: 18–27 years

Gender: Male only
